Skpm Ventures Llp

Skpm Ventures Llp is based out of Santacruz West, right near the Arya Samaj on Linking Road. We are up on the tenth floor of Anand Villa, in room 1002. It’s a pretty good view from up here. Linking Road is always crowded with traffic and shoppers, but once you get inside, it’s a bit quieter. A lot of our work involves various business ventures and projects. It’s a lot of coordination and checking on different things. We don't have a massive staff, just a tight group of people who know how to get things done. Being in Santacruz is convenient because everything is nearby. Phone calls and small discussions take up most of our time. We don't use a lot of complicated words to describe what we do. We just look at opportunities and see if they make sense. Sometimes we have people coming in for meetings, other times it's just us working through a pile of documents. It can get a bit cluttered with all the folders. We like it that way because it shows we are actually working. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just a regular kettle. We’ve been at this address for a while and it feels like home now. Every day brings something a little different to the desk. We might be on the tenth floor, but we keep our feet on the ground. It’s just a regular office doing regular business things every day of the week.
