Sjt Constructions Llp is located at Plot A 44 45 in the MIDC area of Marol, Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy MIDC can get with all the industrial and commercial activity. We’ve been operating out of this spot for a while now. The work we do is mainly about building and construction projects around the city. It’s a lot of noise and movement every day. We aren't a fancy corporate office with a lot of receptionists. We are usually just in the middle of files, blueprints, and phone calls. Most of our time is spent out at the sites making sure the laborers have what they need and that the work is going according to the plan. Andheri is a central place, which helps us get to different parts of Mumbai, even though the traffic is usually a nightmare. We’ve had our ups and downs like any other small business. Sometimes getting the right materials at the right price is a real struggle. We don't go in for big advertisements or polished mission statements. We just focus on the task at hand. Our team is small and we’ve worked together for years. We know the local regulations and how to get things through the system, which takes a lot of patience. It’s just about doing the work and making sure the buildings are safe and ready for use. We just keep our heads down and do what we know best.
