Size Infra Projects is based over in Borivali East, specifically in the Raheja Estates area. Our office is A201 in the Park Side 1 building on Kulupwadi Road. It is a nice residential-style neighborhood, so it is a lot calmer than the busier parts of Mumbai. We are an LLP, and we focus on various infrastructure and building jobs around the city. We don't have a big corporate headquarters; we just work out of this apartment-style office. It works for us because it is quiet and we can actually get things done without too many distractions. There are just a handful of us here, and we have known each other for quite some time. We aren't big on marketing or trying to sound like a giant corporation. Mostly, we are just managing schedules, talking to subcontractors, and making sure the materials show up when they are supposed to. Some days are really quiet and we just do paperwork, but other days we are running around trying to fix problems on a site. It is just the reality of the construction business in a city like Mumbai. We like being in Borivali because it is a bit away from the main chaos but still close enough to get anywhere we need to go. We don't really have a grand story to tell, we just show up and do our jobs every day. It is simple and it keeps us going.
