We are based in Shop Number 27, inside the Babubhai Kelewala Compound in Chirag Nagar. It’s part of Chawl Number 02, right on LBS Marg in Ghatkopar West. Being in Mumbai, things are always crowded and moving fast. Shreechaitnaya Infracity Llp is a small outfit. We don't have a big corporate headquarters. Our shop is where we do all our planning and meet with people. It’s a bit of a tight space, but it works for us. We handle infrastructure and city projects. It sounds fancy, but mostly it’s just a lot of logistics and dealing with various departments. We aren't a team of high-flying executives. We are regular people who know the local area well. Ghatkopar is a busy place, and we’ve been here for a while. Sometimes the noise from LBS Marg is a bit much, but we’re used to it. We don't use a lot of marketing fluff. We just tell it like it is. If a project is going to take six months, we say six months. We try to be practical about things. Construction in Mumbai is a challenge with all the regulations and space constraints. We just take it one step at a time. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s honest work. We spend our days making sure things are moving forward and the work is getting done. There is always some new rule to follow or a permit to get. We just keep our heads down and get on with it.
