SHREE DIVYAKIRTI CONSTRUCTIONS LLP

Shree Divyakirti Constructions LLP operates out of Wing C in the Sandipani Teachers CHS building in Oshiwara. We’re in office 204 on the New Link Road side. It’s a busy spot, and the traffic outside is almost constant, but it keeps us on our toes. We are a small team that handles construction tasks around this part of Mumbai. We don't have those big corporate offices you see in the movies. Instead, we have a simple room filled with site maps, permit documents, and samples of building materials. Most of our time isn't even spent in the office anyway; we're usually out at the various plots or checking on the work being done at CTS No 1. It’s a lot of physical work and coordination with different laborers and suppliers. Some days are frustrating when materials don't show up, and other days things go perfectly smooth. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements because we’re too busy actually building things. We’ve been around Oshiwara for a bit now and we know the local rules and the way things work here. It’s a practical business where we just try to do a good job and move on to the next task. We don’t use a lot of big words to describe what we do. We just build houses and commercial spaces, and we try to make sure they stand up well over time without any big issues later on.
