Shiv Malhar Kirana Manch Llp is over here in Santacruz East. We got the shop at Number 20 in Sagar Avenue 1, which is in the D Wing. If you know the area, it’s near the Dhobhi Ghat on Nehru Road and quite close to the Vakola Bridge. It’s a busy spot with lots of people moving around all the time. Being a kirana business, we spend most of our time dealing with daily supplies and talking to the people who live around here. We’ve been at this for a bit now. It’s a local operation, nothing too big. The space isn’t huge but it fits everything we need to keep the business going. We started this as an LLP because it made sense for the partners involved. Most mornings start early because that’s when people want to get their things done. The traffic around Vakola Bridge can be a bit of a headache sometimes when we are getting deliveries, but you get used to it. We don't have a website or anything fancy like that, just the shop where we show up every day. It’s a regular life, really. We just focus on keeping the shelves stocked and the shop open during the hours we said we would. That is the main thing we do here in Santacruz. It’s a decent neighborhood to work in and we know a lot of the faces that walk by.
