You can find Shabbirs Tawakkal Sweets Llp over in Sewri, right in the A wing of Monarch Gardens. We are way up on the 13th floor, room 1301. It’s a bit unusual for a sweet business to be that high up, but that’s where our office sits. Downstairs on R A Kidwai Road, it’s always crowded with traffic and people. We’ve been part of the local scene for a while now. Most people know us for the traditional sweets we handle. It started small and we just kept going. The view from the 13th floor is actually quite good, you can see a lot of the city from here. We don't have a big storefront with glass windows on the street at this specific address; this is more where the planning and the business side happens. We talk to suppliers and manage the orders from this desk. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy with the wind up here, but it’s a good spot for us. We don’t use any corporate talk or have big meetings. It’s just a few of us making sure the sweets are moving and everything is recorded right. Sewri is a hardworking neighborhood and we fit right in. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the business stays on track. That’s pretty much the whole story of our little office here in the city, just staying busy every day and making sure the work gets done.
