We’re based over in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. Our office is in the Surbhi CHS building, right across from the SBI Bank in Sector 21. It’s a decent spot and it is pretty easy for people to find us since the bank is such a big landmark for everyone. We’re on the fourth floor in flat A/401. Since it is a residential society, the space feels more like a home than a stiff, cold office. We actually like it that way. It is quieter and more relaxed than being in a commercial tower. We are a partnership firm, so we work very closely together on whatever projects happen to come our way. There is usually three or four of us around the office at any given time. We don't have a big corporate culture or anything formal like that. We just show up in the morning, do our work, and then head home to our families. We use simple desks and have a small corner area for our meetings. Usually, those meetings involve sitting around with some hot tea and just talking through what needs to get done for the day. Navi Mumbai is a bit more spaced out than the main city, which we really appreciate. The commute isn't too bad if you are coming from one of the nearby sectors. We have been in this area for a while and we know the local shops and where to get lunch. It’s a very straightforward operation.
