We are located at Granth Complex, which is right at the Ram D Kherwadi Junction. It is a very prominent spot because we are basically right on the Western Express Highway in Bandra East. The noise of the traffic is something we’ve just gotten used to over time. Saptrishi Home Creators Llp is the name we use for our work. Being in Bandra East means we are in a very central part of Mumbai, which helps with getting around. The office in Granth Complex is where we keep all our records and meet people. It’s not a very large space, and it gets a bit crowded when everyone is in at the same time. We don’t do the whole corporate polish thing. We’re just trying to get homes built and sorted for people. Every day brings a different set of challenges, from highway traffic delays to paperwork at the local offices. We just take it in stride. The junction is always busy, so there is a lot of energy around the office. We spend a lot of time on the phone and looking at blueprints. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't have a big fancy reception area, just some chairs and a table where we can sit and talk. We like the convenience of being near the highway, even if it is a bit loud. It’s a real, working environment where we focus on the task at hand. The elevator can be tricky at lunch time, but we manage.
