You can find us at the Phoenix Paragon Plaza Mall, which is right at the Kamani Junction on LBS Marg in Kurla West. We are up on the first floor in unit 1B. It’s a busy mall, so there’s always something happening. Sanskar Svs Foods is our company. We spend our days here dealing with all kinds of food stuff. Being in a mall means there’s a lot of security and rules to follow, which can be a bit of a pain sometimes. But it’s a good location because everyone knows where it is. The LBS Marg traffic is something we deal with every single day. It’s noisy and crowded, but that’s just Kurla for you. Our unit isn’t huge, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We don't have a big team. It's just a few of us who have been working together for a long time. We do everything ourselves, from the paperwork to moving the crates. It’s not a fancy lifestyle. We mostly eat our lunch at our desks and talk about what needs to be delivered next. Sometimes the mall gets really packed on weekends, which makes it harder for us to get things in and out. We’ve learned to work around the busy times. It’s a practical way to run a business. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
