Saarinish Estates Llp

We are located on the second floor of the Prabhuta building. It is number 21 on Nyaymurti Sitaram Patkar Marg, right in the Khareghat Colony area near Grant Road. It is a bit of an old-school neighborhood, which we really like. Saarinish Estates Llp is mostly just a few of us handling the daily grind of real estate. We deal with all sorts of property matters around this part of the city. Grant Road is always loud and moving, but our office stays fairly quiet. We spend most of our time looking over legal papers or talking to people about their homes. It is not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting for approvals and chasing down signatures. We just try to get it done without too much fuss. Sometimes people come by just to see what the market is doing in Khareghat Colony. We have lived and worked in this area for a long time, so we know the buildings well. We do not use any complicated systems, just our notebooks and some basic software. It works for us. The streets around here can be tight, and parking is always a struggle, but we would not want to be anywhere else. It feels like a real community. We are not trying to impress anyone with a fancy office or expensive furniture. We just want to make sure the property deals we handle are done right and everyone is satisfied with the outcome at the end.
