We are S P A S And Co Llp, located at 404 Prabhadevi CHS in Sector 6, Charkop. Kandivali West is a big area, but Charkop has its own specific feel, almost like a separate little town. Our office is in a cooperative housing society building, so it’s very quiet compared to the main roads. It is a fourth-floor unit, and while it isn't massive, it fits our small team just fine. We have a few desks, some chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of papers stacked up on the side tables. Charkop is mostly residential, so when we step out for a break, it’s mostly just people going about their daily lives, which is a nice change from the chaos of the station area. The walk from the nearest bus stop is about five minutes, and it’s a fairly pleasant route with a lot of trees around. We don't have a big fancy lobby or a receptionist greeting people at the door. You just ring the bell and someone will let you in. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and we like the pace here. It’s steady and predictable, which helps us stay on top of our work without too many distractions. It’s a modest setup, but it’s exactly what we need to get our daily business handled.
