You can find us at RUPEARL DEVLOPERS LLP over in Borivali West. We are in the Suchita Enclave cooperative housing society, specifically in unit A 203. It’s located in Maharashtra Nagar. Working out of a housing society gives the office a very different feel compared to those tall glass towers downtown. It’s more personal. You see the same residents every day, and it feels like being part of a real neighborhood. We’ve set up our desks here and it suits our needs just fine. Borivali is a busy place, especially with the station nearby, but our little corner in Maharashtra Nagar is alright. We don't put on any acts here. We are just a group of people handling development work from a residential building. It’s common in Mumbai to have offices like this, and we like the convenience of it. We spend our time on the phone or looking at plans. There aren't any big mission statements hanging on the walls. We just focus on what needs to be done today. It’s a modest office, nothing too polished or corporate. If you’re walking through Suchita Enclave, that’s where we spend our nine-to-five. It’s a simple life for us here in the west. We just keep our heads down and stay busy with the work at hand. We don't have much else to say about it, it's just home base for our small crew.
