You can find us in Ghatkopar West, right on the ground floor of the Gandhi Chhaya building. We are directly opposite Sarvodaya Hospital on LBS Marg. If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic LBS Marg can get with the buses and the rickshaws always honking at each other. Being on the ground floor is handy because we have people coming in all the time to talk about finishing work or structural repairs. It's a noisy spot, but it's convenient for deliveries. We do the kind of work that involves a lot of cement, paint, and finishing touches. The office usually has a bit of a renovation smell to it—dust and maybe some wood stain or glue. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone like that. It’s just us. We’ve seen a lot of buildings in Ghatkopar go up and come down over the years. Our team is used to the pace of the city. We spend our mornings planning out who goes to which site and our afternoons checking on the progress of the different jobs we have going on. Sometimes the rain floods the road outside a bit, which slows everything down, but we just wait it out and keep working. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood. We just want to get the structures right and make sure the finishings look decent enough for the people living there.
