Roof Above Realtors LLP is based in the Manjrekar Compound, over at Plot Number 55. We are on the ground floor, which makes it easy to find us. We are located on Laxmi Narsingh Papan Marg, just off Dr. E Moses Road in the Worli area. Specifically, we are in Gandhingr. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because it’s tucked away from the main glass towers of Worli. Our office is pretty basic. We don't have any of that corporate shine or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we sit down and figure out property stuff. We spend a lot of time navigating the streets of Worli and checking out different buildings. It’s a lot of work to stay updated on what’s available. We don't go in for big marketing slogans. We just chose the name because that’s what we do—help people find a roof. The compound can be a bit busy with other businesses around, but we like the energy. We aren't a massive company with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know the local market. We keep our talk simple and our processes straightforward. Sometimes we have a lot of people coming in and out, and other times it’s just us and the phones. We just try to be helpful and stay grounded in the local community here in Worli.
