Roletus Venture Llp

Roletus Venture Llp is based at A 601 in the Mercury building, which is part of the Vasant Galaxy complex in Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West. We’re up on the sixth floor, so we get a decent view of the neighborhood. It’s a residential area, so the vibe is a bit more relaxed than the city center. We’ve turned this space into our office where we manage our different ventures. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a few of us running things. We don't have a big corporate setup or a lot of staff. Most days it’s just us at our computers, making sure things are moving along as they should. Bangur Nagar is a good place to be, with everything we need close by. The office isn't anything special to look at—just some desks and shelves filled with papers and binders. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We focus on the actual work instead. Sometimes we lose track of time and stay late, but since we’re in a quiet society, it’s actually quite peaceful in the evenings. We’ve had to figure things out as we go, which hasn't always been easy, but we’re still here. It’s a practical way to run a business. We don't use big buzzwords or make grand promises. We just do what needs to be done from our small office in Goregaon. That is just how we do things here every single day without any fuss.
