ROCKWELL DEVELOPERS LLP is based in Santacruz West. Our office is at 506 on the 5th floor of Sangam CHS Ltd. We are right at the junction where S V Road and Sai Baba Road meet. If you’ve ever been to that intersection, you know it’s always buzzing with people and cars. It’s a very central spot in TPS I. The building is an older co-operative society, and we’ve been in room 506 for quite some time now. It’s a busy place to work. You can always hear the horns and the street noise from the window. We mostly deal with the development side of things, so there is a lot of talking to architects and going over structural plans. We aren't a big, polished firm with a bunch of marketing people. It's just a few of us trying to make sure our projects are on track. The lift in the building can be a bit temperamental, but it gets us where we need to go. We like being in Santacruz because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. Most of our day is spent balancing the demands of the sites with all the regulations we have to follow. It’s a lot of work, but we’ve got a good system going in our little corner of the 5th floor. We just keep our heads down and build. It is not always easy, but we make it work.
