You can find us way up on the 17th floor of Hoechst House. If you know Nariman Point, you know the building. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the city. We’ve been operating Risam Rasoi from here for a bit. Even though we’re high up in a big office building, we try to keep things grounded. It’s an LLP, so it’s just a few of us making the decisions. The view from the window is probably the best part of the office, but most of the time we’re too busy with spreadsheets and orders to look out. We handle various food-related projects from this location. It’s not a restaurant where you can walk in and sit down; it’s more where the planning and the boring business stuff happens. We chose Nariman Point because it’s central for our meetings. Sometimes the elevators take forever, especially during the lunch rush. We don't have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. If you come by, you’ll probably just see one of us at a desk covered in notes. We don't have a long history or a big fancy story to tell. We just wanted to start a food business and this is where we ended up. It’s a professional enough address, but inside, we’re just regular people trying to keep the wheels turning. It gets stressful sometimes, but we manage. We’re just trying to do our best with the kitchen projects we have.
