Resham Singh Developers Limited Liability Partnership is located in Malhotra Chambers, specifically in room 201. We are over in Deonar, right by Govandi Station Road. It's a busy part of the city. We are tucked behind the U.S. Vitamin Co. building, which is usually the landmark people use to find us. Being near the station makes it easy for our guys to get to work, though the traffic on the road can be a headache in the mornings. We do development work. It’s a lot of coordination and dealing with different people every day. Our office at 275/A/1/2 isn't huge, but it gets the job done for us. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at site plans on the table. We aren't interested in being a big, fancy corporate office. We just wanted a practical space where we could focus. There’s always some noise from the trains and the industrial area nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it. Deonar has a specific feel to it, and we fit in okay here. We’ve been around for a bit and know the area well. It’s just us doing our thing, trying to keep projects moving forward without too much fuss. If you see the Malhotra Chambers sign, you're pretty much there. Just come up to the second floor and find 201. That’s where you’ll find us most days.
