We set up Redlily Realty And Developers Llp here in Sakinaka. Our shop is number 5 in the M N Dsouza Compound. If you know the area, it is right on Kherani Road, not far from Ramlila Maidan. This part of the neighborhood is always crowded and noisy, but that is just how it is for us every day. We deal with real estate and developing properties around here. It is a small shop, nothing too big or fancy. Mostly, we spend our time talking to clients and looking at different plots or old buildings that need work. Real estate is a bit of a gamble sometimes, but we do our best to navigate all the rules and paperwork. We aren't some massive firm with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s a small team, and we know the local streets and the people living around Kherani Road well. Being near the Ramlila Maidan helps people find us easily when they are looking for the shop. We handle the paperwork and the site visits ourselves. Some days we are stuck in the office with the fan on full blast, and other days we are out in the hot sun looking at projects. It is regular work, even if it gets a bit chaotic with all the traffic outside. We just try to help people find what they need or build what they want for their future. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the regulations, but we manage to get things through eventually.
