RDPATEL INFRA LLP

Our office is up on the 7th floor of Neelyog Monarch in Pant Nagar. It’s a decent area in Ghatkopar East, easy enough for everyone to get to. At RDPATEL INFRA, we spend most of our time looking at site plans or talking to suppliers on the phone. The view from 702 is okay, but we aren't there to look out the window much. We handle different types of construction work around the city. It gets pretty loud and chaotic sometimes with the phones ringing and people coming in and out. Being in an LLP means we all share the load and the headaches that come with the building trade. Pant Nagar has changed a lot since we started out, and it feels like there is always some new project starting up nearby. We try to keep things straightforward. If there’s a problem on a site, we go out and see it for ourselves instead of just sending emails. It’s practical work. My desk is usually covered in site reports and tea cups. We have been working in this field for a while now, and we know the local regulations and how things move. It's not glamorous, really. Just a lot of coordination between the workers, the materials, and the people we do jobs for. We stay busy through the seasons. People stop by the office occasionally to discuss new ideas or just to check on how things are going with their projects. It's a lot of work.
