Rarestar Gems And Jewels Llp is located inside the Bharat Diamond Bourse. Our office is HW 2010 in the G Block. If you’ve ever been to the Bandra Kurla Complex, you know how huge this place is. It’s like a city within a city. We are right opposite the NABARD Head Office. Getting through the security at the gate can take some time, but once you’re in, it’s a very professional environment. Our office is one of the many hundreds in the complex. It’s a modern building, which is a change from the old parts of Mumbai. We have a clean, functional workspace where we handle all our gems and jewels. We spend a lot of time walking through the corridors of the Bourse to meet other people. BKC is very different from Girgaon or Dadar; it’s all glass and wide roads. We miss the street food sometimes, but the canteen here is okay. Our day-to-day is mostly emails, phone calls, and checking the quality of the stones. We don't have a lot of decorations on the walls, just the essentials for the business. It’s a very focused atmosphere. Most people here are doing the same thing as us, so there’s a sense of being in the right place. We stay late quite often because there’s always something more to do. It’s a busy life here in the East part of Bandra.
