Ramjiyani Realty LLP is run out of our office at 504, Navkar Atlantis. We are located in Daulat Nagar, specifically on Road Number 3 in Borivali East. It’s a pretty decent spot to be in. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve seen how much Borivali East has changed over the years. Our office isn't some huge, cold corporate space. It’s just a fifth-floor room where a few of us sit and handle property deals. We don't really go for the whole high-pressure sales tactic thing. We just talk to people and try to find out what they need. Road No. 3 is usually humming with cars and people going to work. Being in Daulat Nagar feels more like a community than just a business district. We spend our time checking out local listings and making sure we know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. It’s mostly just hard work and staying on the phone. We don't have a lot of fancy brochures or a big marketing budget. We just rely on knowing the neighborhood well. Sometimes the office is quiet, and other times it’s a bit of a mess with all the paperwork we have to go through. But that’s just how it goes when you’re a small local outfit. We keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks in.
