RAJ CHHIPA & ASSOCIATES LLP

Our office is up on the 7th floor of Bhavya Heights, which is on Katrak Road in Wadala. It’s a good landmark because it’s right near the Ram Mandir. Raj Chhipa & Associates LLP is where we spend most of our waking hours. We are a small group, and we handle a lot of the associate work that local businesses need help with. Wadala is a central spot, which makes it easy for us to get around Mumbai when we have to visit clients or go to the government offices. The office itself is pretty plain. We’ve got unit A-703, and it’s usually filled with the sound of typing and the occasional radio playing in the background. We don't have a big corporate culture here. It’s more like a family business where everyone chips in. We don’t use a lot of jargon or try to sound more important than we are. If someone has a question, we answer it simply. There are days when the lift in the building is slow and we have to wait around, but that gives us a chance to talk to the neighbors. We aren't looking to become a massive firm with hundreds of employees. We like the size we are because we know every client by name. It’s a practical, honest way to work, and it keeps us busy enough to keep the lights on. It’s just how we do things here in Wadala.
