If you know Mumbai, you know how hectic Andheri East can get. Our office, R D J & Associates Llp, is right in the middle of it all at The Summit Business Bay. We’re on the Andheri Kurla Road, which is basically always packed with cars and people heading to work. We are sitting in suite 126, right across from the old Cinemax Theater. It’s a good spot because everyone knows where the theater is. We’ve been here for a bit now, just handling the daily associate work that comes our way. The office isn't overly decorated. We have desks, computers, and a lot of coffee. It’s a professional space but we don't act like we’re better than anyone else. We just do the work. The commute can be a nightmare sometimes with the rain and the traffic, but being in a hub like this means we are close to everything. We see a lot of different people coming through the building every day. Some are in a hurry, some just want to sit and talk through their problems. We try to be the people who actually listen. It’s not about having a flashy website or big slogans for us. We just want to make sure the associates here have what they need to help the clients. It’s a straightforward operation. We show up, we work, and we go home through the Mumbai crowd. We are just trying to keep things moving for everyone who walks in.
