Up on the 19th floor of the Jupiter building, things look a bit different than they do on the street level of Mazgaon. We’re Proptrust Advisors & Consultants Llp, and we’ve been operating out of this space on Sardar Balwant Singh Dhody Marg for a bit now. It’s a long name for a street, and sometimes people get lost trying to find the right entrance. We mostly spend our time looking at property papers and talking to people who need a bit of guidance on what to do with their real estate. It isn't glamorous work, despite the high floor, and there is usually a lot of paper shuffling involved in what we do. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone asks us a question, we tell them what we know based on the current rules. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. It’s just an office where we get our work done. Mazgaon is a great area with a lot of history, and being up here gives us a bit of a break from the humidity and the noise below. Most of our day is spent on the phone or in meetings. We’ve found that being honest about the market is better than trying to sound like some big-shot firm. We’re just local consultants trying to help people navigate property stuff without the usual headache.
