Prizma Developers Llp is situated in Malad East. You can find us at 11/12 in Nagarwala Colony. We are on Poddar Road, right across from the Laxminarayan Shopping Centre. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of shops and people moving around all day. Being opposite the shopping center makes it easy for people to find our door. We do development work, which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how to use space and getting things built. Our office in the colony is a bit tucked away, but we like it that way. It gives us a bit of peace to get our work done. We aren't a big corporate firm with a lobby and a fountain. We just have a functional space where we handle our business. Malad is a great place to be because of the energy, though the traffic on Poddar Road can be a bit much during rush hour. We’ve been here for some time and have gotten to know the shopkeepers and neighbors. Most of our work happens on the ground, but this is our home base. We keep things down to earth. If you're looking for us, just head toward the shopping center and look across the street. We’re usually there during normal hours, unless we're out at a site checking on progress. We just try to do our job and keep things moving.
