Privia Landmark Llp is tucked away on the 7th floor of Skyline Epitome. If you know the Kirol Road area in Vidhyavihar West, you probably know we are right near Jolly Gymkhana. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and our office at 703 reflects that energy. We aren’t some big, faceless corporation. We are just a small team working out of this space to manage our landmark projects. The office itself is pretty simple. There are a few desks, some computers, and usually a lot of papers scattered around. We don’t have a fancy receptionist or a lounge area. Most of the time, we are either on the phone or out visiting sites. The traffic on Kirol Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we’ve grown used to it over the years. We chose this spot in the 400086 area because it’s central for us. People sometimes drop by just to ask questions about local developments, and we try to be as helpful as we can. We don’t go in for big marketing speeches. We just handle the work as it comes and try to stay organized. It’s a straightforward business. We’ve been at this address for a while and the building staff knows us well. It’s just a normal Mumbai office where real work gets done every day. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles, just a practical place for a practical business.
