Our office is on the first floor of the Crystal Shopping Arcade, right in the middle of Santacruz West. We are directly across from the Surya Nursing Hospital on S V Road. If you know that part of Mumbai, you know it is always loud with horns and people walking everywhere. We are a small firm that handles architecture and planning. We do not have a big, fancy studio like some of the bigger companies. Our space is just a few desks, some computers, and a lot of sketches lying around. The arcade is an older building, and the stairs can be a bit of a hassle, but we like being in such a central location. It makes it easier for clients to drop by and for us to get to our sites. We spend most of our time drawing up plans and trying to get all the right permits from the city. It is a lot of back-and-forth work that people do not usually see. We do not have a big mission statement or any promotional videos. We just focus on making sure the designs we create actually work for the people who will live or work in them. We have been at Crystal Arcade for quite some time now, and we have seen many shops come and go. We just keep doing our thing and helping people build their spaces.
