Pooja Diam Llp

Our place is in the Rawal Building No. 1 on Lamington Road. Pooja Diam Llp is on the first floor, room 428. If you know Mumbai, you know Lamington Road is usually famous for electronics and lots of noise. It’s a very crowded part of the city, and our building has been around for a long time. It has that old Mumbai feel to it, with the narrow hallways and the heavy doors. We have been working out of this office for quite some time now. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who know the diamond business inside and out. We spend our hours checking stones and talking to people in the trade. The first floor is convenient because we don't have to wait for the lift, which is often busy anyway. We keep things simple here. There aren't any fancy slogans on the walls or anything like that. We just have our workbenches and our records. The 400004 area is busy from morning until late at night. Sometimes the noise from the street drifts up, but we’ve learned to tune it out. We like being in this part of town because it feels like the heart of the old business district. It’s practical and it’s where we feel at home. We just do our work and keep things moving without needing any extra attention.
