Pollyanna Practice Llp is located in the Girgaon area of Mumbai, in the Suratwala Building on Raja Rammohan Roy Marg. We are in office number six on the ground floor, which is actually very convenient for us. You don't have to deal with any elevators or long flights of stairs, which is a blessing in an old building like this one. The plot is 211/A. Girgaon is a very old part of the city, so the streets are narrow and there is always something going on nearby. Prarthana Samaj is the big landmark nearby that we tell people to look for. The building itself has a lot of history, and you can tell by the way it is built. Our office is pretty small and straightforward. We have the basics—desks, a few files, and a place to sit. It gets a bit noisy during the day because we are on the ground floor and the street is right there, but you learn to block it out after a while. There’s a lot of character in this neighborhood. You can find almost anything you need within a short walk from the front door. We spend our days here dealing with whatever comes across our desks. It’s a very grounded place to work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby or modern art. We just have our small space in a busy part of town and we make the most of it.
