At Platinumcorp Strategic Builders, we work out of the ninth floor of Peninsula Heights, which is on C.D. Barfiwala Marg in Andheri West. It is right near Juhu Lane, a part of town that is always got something going on. We have been in this office for a while now, and while it has a good view, we spend most of our time looking at contracts and site schedules. We are a group of builders who just want to get things done without too much fuss. You won't find us using a lot of corporate jargon or trying to impress people with big words. Our office is a working space, so there are always blueprints rolled up on the tables and people coming in and out from various sites. It is a bit of a climb up to the 901 suite, but it is where we do all our planning. Being in Andheri West is handy because we are close to so many of our projects and suppliers. We have had our fair share of long nights and stressful deadlines, but that is pretty much standard in the building industry here in Mumbai. We try to keep a level head and just deal with problems as they pop up. We do not have a mission statement hanging on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the week. It is a very practical way of looking at development. (259 words)
