Our office is located way up on the 21st floor. We are in Tower No. 4 of the Strata Planet building, which is part of the Godrej complex. The address is Plot 30 on Keshavrao Khadye Marg. People usually know the area as Saat Rasta or Jacob Circle. It is a pretty tall building, so we get a decent view of the city from Unit 2101. PKEDAY ADVISORS LLP is based here, and we spend most of our time dealing with the usual advisory work. The elevator ride can take a minute, but once you are up here, it is a good place to focus. We do not have a flashy reception area with a water feature or anything like that. It is just a place where we sit and work. The neighborhood around Jacob Circle is always moving, but up on Floor 21, it is a bit more removed from the noise of the streets. We like the balance. We are not a huge corporation with thousands of employees. We are just a team doing our thing in this tower. We use everyday language and do not bother with corporate jargon. If something needs to be finished, we stay until it is done. That is just how we operate. Strata Planet is a modern enough spot, but we keep our own space pretty functional. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay organized. It is a practical way to run things.
