PAVILION EXPORTS LLP

You can find Pavilion Exports LLP on the 3rd floor of the Shanti Kishan Apartment, which is at 21 V S Road in the Maratha Colony area of Dahisar East. Working out of an apartment building means our office has a very local, neighborhood feel. We aren't tucked away in some glass tower; we are right there in the middle of a residential block. Most of our day involves managing export schedules and dealing with the various vendors we work with. The office is a bit small, and we have desks squeezed in wherever they fit, but it works for our small team. We have a lot of folders and binders stacked up because there is always so much paperwork involved in exporting goods. Sometimes the elevator in the building is out of service, and we have to carry boxes up the three flights of stairs, which isn't fun but is just part of the job. We don't have a big corporate budget for things like fancy brochures or high-end office snacks. We usually just have some tea and snacks from the shop around the corner. Our focus is really just on the daily business of moving goods and making sure the numbers add up at the end of the month. It’s a quiet, steady way of working, and we’ve gotten to know our neighbors in the building over the years. We just keep things simple and practical.
