Passion Hr Solutions Llp operates out of 502, Shreejidham Chs, which is on Plot No. 7 in Sector 7, Airoli. It’s a pretty straightforward setup we have here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. Most people find us because they need help with hiring and someone mentioned our name. Airoli is a growing area, but Sector 7 still feels like a neighborhood. Our office is inside the Shreejidham building, which makes it feel less like a cold corporate space and more like a local workplace. We spend our mornings looking over job requirements and the afternoons talking to people who might fit those roles. It’s a lot of listening and taking notes. The office isn't very large, so we all know what everyone else is working on. Sometimes we have a bit of a laugh when a resume comes in that makes no sense. We just do HR solutions for companies that don't have their own internal teams. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we like the local shops around here for our midday breaks. There's no fancy mission statement on the wall, just a calendar and some reminders taped to the monitors. We show up, do the work, and try to help people find jobs while helping companies find staff. It’s a decent way to spend the day. We are just regular people working in Airoli.
