We work out of Flat 01/11 in Lodha Eternis, which is right in the MIDC area of Andheri East. This part of Mumbai is always loud and crowded, especially being so close to SEEPZ. It’s a huge commercial hub, but our space is just a regular unit where we manage Pasizza Foods. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a functional space for our small team. We spend the whole day dealing with logistics and talking to people in the food industry. Being in Andheri East means we are right in the thick of things, which helps with getting around, though the traffic is always a struggle. Our routine is pretty much the same every day. We get in, check our emails, and start sorting out the orders. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound bigger than we are. It’s a small operation, and we like it that way. The building itself is quite modern, but inside our unit, it’s all about the work. We don't have a HR department or a marketing team. We just do everything ourselves. Sometimes we grab lunch from one of the small stalls outside the gate. It’s a busy life, but it’s honest work. We’ve been in this spot for a bit now and it suits our needs perfectly without being overly expensive or flashy.
