We are located over in Malad West, right on Mamlatdarwadi Road. If you see the IDBI Bank, we are directly opposite in the Anubhav CHS building, shop number two. It is a convenient spot for people living around here. We started Param Medical Centre because we saw a real need for a straightforward clinic in this specific neighborhood. It is not a giant medical complex, just a local center where you can come in when you are feeling sick. The street outside can get quite jammed with rickshaws and cars, especially in the evenings when everyone is heading home. We have been part of this society for some time now. Most of our regulars are families from the nearby residential blocks. The waiting room is simple, and we try to keep the chairs filled and the wait times down, though it does not always go according to plan. Sometimes we are running behind because a consultation took longer than we thought it would. That is just how it goes in a medical practice. We handle basic stuff and some specialized things too. No big corporate vibes here, just us working in Malad. We know most of the people who walk through the door by their first name. It is a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning till night. We have learned to handle the rush and the quiet times as they come.
