Panorama Builders Llp is located right in the Kohinoor City Mall on Kirol Road, just off LBS Marg. Our office is F 100 on the first floor, which makes it fairly easy for people to find since the mall is a major landmark in the area. Working inside a mall is a bit different from a standard office building because there is always a lot of activity going on just outside our doors. We get a lot of foot traffic from people who are already in the mall and happen to notice our sign. The office itself is a practical space where we manage our various building projects and keep track of all the site paperwork. Being off LBS Marg means we have to deal with the heavy Mumbai traffic, but it also puts us in a very central spot for reaching our different construction locations. Inside, it is mostly just desks, chairs, and a lot of folders. We spend our time talking to engineers, checking on material costs, and making sure the projects are moving forward. It is a busy place, and there is usually someone on the phone or looking over a set of drawings. We do not go in for anything overly decorative; the space is meant for working and that is what we do. It is a straightforward operation where we focus on the logistics of building and making sure the day-to-day tasks are finished without too much fuss.
