Palmira Advisors Llp is based in Kailash Plaza over in Ghatkopar East. We have a few different rooms here, including 437, 303, and 311. It is a bit spread out across the building, but we have a system that works for us. Vallabh Baug is a well-known area in Mumbai and it is always very lively. The building itself stays quite busy during the week with people coming and going. We spend most of our days looking over financial data and giving advice where people need it. We aren't one of those big corporate firms in a glass skyscraper. It is just a standard office setup in a local plaza. Ghatkopar is a good place for us because everything is close by. We have some chairs for guests and plenty of folders everywhere. Papers tend to pile up sometimes, but we usually know where every single one is. Our team is small and we just focus on the specific tasks we have for the day. Sometimes the elevators in Kailash Plaza take a long time to arrive, so we usually just take the stairs if we can. Dealing with financial stuff isn't always the most exciting thing in the world, but it is important work and we treat it that way. We don't use slogans or have a fancy mission. Most of the people we work with are from the Mumbai City area. We like being in this part of town. It feels real.
