Pabumangal Buildcon Llp is based out of the Life Scape Nilay CHS Ltd building. We are located on Dr. Babasaheb Jaykar Marg in the Parmanand Wadi area. Our specific spot is Office Number 36, which is up on the second floor. It is a typical Mumbai office building where you have a mix of residents and small businesses all sharing the same space. The stairs and hallways are usually busy with people coming and going. We don’t have any big signs or flashy lights. It is just a door with our name on it. Inside, we have enough room for our desks and the paperwork we need to keep track of everything. The area around Parmanand Wadi is quite old and has a lot of character. You can hear the sounds of the street and the local vendors all day long. We have been working from this second-floor office for a while. It isn't the most modern place in the city, but it serves its purpose. We keep things pretty simple here. There is no corporate vibe at all. We just focus on the projects we have on hand and try to stay organized. Being in a CHS building means we have to follow the society rules, which keeps things orderly. It is a honest, working-class kind of environment for us. We just get our tea, sit at the desks, and handle the build business as it comes to us each morning.
