You can find us in Ghatkopar West, right on LBS Marg. Anyone who knows that road knows it is one of the busiest spots in Mumbai. Our office is inside the Swastik Disha Corporate Park, which is part of the Kohinoor Compound. It is a busy building with people always coming and going. Even in a corporate park, we don't act like a big corporation. We are a hands-on crew. Usually, the office is just a place to drop receipts and eat a quick lunch. Being central in Ghatkopar helps with travel, but the traffic noise is constant. We do construction all over the city, dealing with lack of space and monsoon weather. There is no big philosophy here. We just try to get the masonry right and stop the plumbing from leaking. A lot of time is spent arguing with suppliers and finding workers who show up. Some days go better than others, and plans often change. We just keep working through the list of tasks. Regular people doing a regular construction job is who we are. It is loud and dusty, but it is our living. We don't make big promises, we just show up and do the work. We keep our tools in the back and our focus on the current project. Most of the time, our boots are covered in something from the site.
