OPTIMISTIC CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED LIABILI TY PARTNERSHIP

Our place is in the Dalia Industrial Estate, right on the New Link Road in Andheri West. It's a busy part of Mumbai to be in, but that's where all the action is for construction. We go by Optimistic Constructions, which I guess sounds a bit hopeful, but mostly we are just realistic about how much work it takes to get a building up. We are in the Abhishek Premises at unit number 8. It's not a huge office, just enough space for us to keep our files and meet with people who have projects in mind. Dealing with the traffic on Link Road is a daily thing for us, but it’s worth it to be so central. We handle various construction tasks, mostly focusing on getting the structure right and making sure things don't fall behind schedule too much. Every day is different, sometimes we are dealing with suppliers and other times we are just trying to fix a problem on a site. It’s dusty work and it’s loud, but that’s what we signed up for. People around Andheri know the estate well, so it’s easy enough to find us. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just a few of us making sure the work gets done properly. We've been in this spot for a bit now and we've seen how much the neighborhood has changed recently. We just keep our heads down and keep building until the day is done.
