Open Farms Llp

Open Farms Llp is based out of Flat 42 on the fourth floor here in Goregaon West. We’re right on the Goregaon Mulund Link Road, which is always packed with traffic. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes, but it’s where we do all our planning. We aren't a massive outfit with hundreds of staff. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to manage everything from this flat. We deal with farming stuff, which is a bit different for a place like Mumbai, but we make it work. Our desks are usually covered in maps and notes about different plots of land near CTS No 1200 C. We don't go in for all that corporate talk or high-end branding. We’re just regular people who wanted to get involved in agriculture. The building is a bit older, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it suits us just fine. We spend a lot of time on the road, so this office is more of a home base where we regroup. It’s not a fancy showroom. If you come by, you’ll probably find us drinking tea and trying to figure out the logistics for the next week. We’ve had to learn a lot as we go, and we’ve made our share of mistakes. But we keep at it because we like the work. It’s just how we live and work in the city.
