Our office is tucked away in Dadar East on Madhavdas Pasta Lane. We are on the second floor of the Chapra Building, which is plot number 17. If you know Dadar, you know how these old lanes can be—they are full of history and always a bit crowded. Our building is one of those traditional Mumbai structures that has been around for ages. We handle HR management from here, which basically means we deal with a lot of personnel records and recruitment stuff for different businesses. It is not a shiny glass tower. It’s a place with old wooden doors and narrow hallways. We like it because it feels real and connected to the city. Most of our day is spent talking to candidates or sorting out payroll issues. The noise from the lane below usually drifts up, so it never feels too quiet in here. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home like everyone else. Finding the building can be a bit tricky if you aren't familiar with the lane, but once you’re here, it’s just a simple office where we try to be as helpful as possible. We are just a small team in an old part of Mumbai, keeping things moving for the companies we work with.
