Up on the tenth floor of Sri Krishna Complex 1, you can find our office. We are located right on New Link Road in Oshiwara, which is always a busy part of Andheri West. Being on the tenth floor gives us a bit of a view, though mostly we are looking at computer screens or stacks of files. ONE POINT CONSTRUCTION LLP is basically a place where we sit and figure out how to put things together. The elevator in this building is usually quite busy in the mornings. Inside the office, it’s a lot of talk about materials, timelines, and laborers. It’s a typical Mumbai work environment where everyone is trying to beat the clock. We started this because we wanted to handle construction in a way that made sense to us. No fancy titles or complicated procedures, just getting the job done. The neighborhood around Oshiwara has changed a lot, and we see it happening every day from our windows. We handle a variety of construction tasks, from the initial planning to the final walkthroughs. It's often hectic, especially when several projects are going on at once. We drink a lot of coffee and stay late quite often. It’s not always glamorous work, but it’s what we know. Most of our staff have been in the industry for years, so we don't need a lot of meetings to know what to do next. We just show up and get to it.
