Right on Perry Road in Bandra West is where we keep our office, Ocean View Realty LLP. We are at Fernley House, number 60. Perry Road is one of those iconic spots in Bandra, and we are right there in the middle of it. The pin code is 400050. Fernley House is an older building with a lot of character. We don’t have a massive corporate office, just a workspace where we get things done. Being in Bandra West, there’s always a sea breeze if you are in the right spot near the window. We focus on our work at Ocean View Realty LLP and don't worry too much about the fluff. Perry Road is a nice walk, though finding a spot for a car can be a real headache sometimes. Everyone knows Bandra is a busy place, but Fernley House feels a bit more tucked away from the main noise. We’ve been operating from here for a while now. It’s a simple setup inside with just what we need. We like being in this part of Mumbai because everything is close by. There’s no need for fancy missions or slogans, we just show up and do the work that needs doing. If you are around Perry Road, you’ve probably walked past us a dozen times. The neighborhood has changed over the years with new shops coming and going, but Perry Road stays pretty much the same.
