Nirvaana Spaces Llp

Nirvaana Spaces Llp is based in Bandra West, right on Hill Road. We are on the 5th floor of the Baycity Building, which is part of the Everest Co Op Housing Society. Bandra is always moving, always loud, and always crowded, but being up on the 5th floor helps us get away from the noise a little bit. We’ve been in this building for a while now. The office is full of files, samples of materials, and too many empty tea cups. We work on various space and property projects around the city. Because we’re in Bandra, we’re close to everything, which is helpful when we need to meet a client or check on a site quickly. We don't have any of those modern open-plan offices with bean bags. We just have sturdy desks and good lights. It’s a practical space for practical work. Sometimes the elevator in Baycity takes a while because the building is full of other businesses too. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of Hill Road over the years. We aren't a huge firm with a board of directors; we’re just a small team trying to stay organized and get our projects finished on time. We don't use much jargon when we talk. If something is broken, we say it's broken. If a plan is good, we say it's good. That’s just how we operate. It's not always pretty, but we get the job done.
