Nirban Infratech Llp

Nirban Infratech Llp is located in Mumbai Central, right across from JJ Hospital. You can find us on the second floor of Bismilah Residency, specifically in Office 201 on Plots 1329 and 1330. It’s a very busy part of the city, so there’s always noise and people around, which we’ve grown to like. We work on infrastructure and construction projects. Most of our day is spent dealing with the nuts and bolts of building things—checking supplies, looking at drawings, and talking to workers. Our office is a practical space where we get things done. It’s often full of rolls of blueprints and old coffee mugs. We aren't a huge firm with a lot of polish. We are just a group of people who know how to build things and are trying to make a living in Mumbai. It’s a tough environment sometimes, with all the regulations and the rain, but we manage. People come by the office to talk about project updates or to ask for advice on building work. We just tell them how it is, good or bad. We’ve been in this spot at Bismilah Residency for a while and it suits us just fine. It’s honest, everyday work for us. The traffic outside can be a nightmare during rush hour, but we just stay late and finish our charts. That's the way it goes here in the heart of Mumbai.
