Nirban Construction & Infrastructure Llp

We are based in Office 201 on the second floor of the Bismillah Residency. It’s located on plots 1329 and 1330 in Mumbai Central, right across from JJ Hospital. Being in such a busy part of the city means there’s always something going on outside our windows. Nirban Construction & Infrastructure Llp is a small operation. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of employees in suits. It’s mostly just us working through construction plans and dealing with the logistics of infrastructure projects. The area around JJ Hospital is always crowded, so getting to the office can be a bit of a squeeze, but we like being in the heart of the city. We spend our days managing various sites and making sure materials get where they need to go. It’s a lot of phone calls and a lot of paperwork. We aren't trying to be some massive firm. We just focus on the jobs we have and try to do them right. Our office is a simple space with maps on the walls and maybe a few too many coffee cups. We don't use corporate jargon or try to sound like something we aren't. We’re just local people working in construction, trying to make a living and get things built properly. It’s a straightforward life, and we’re okay with that. We just keep our heads down and work. There are no shortcuts in this kind of business.
