NHI Developers LLP operates out of Shop 1 & 2 in the Satyadeep CHS building. We are located in Borivali West, specifically in the Padma Nagar Chikuwadi area. We are tucked in behind Darshan Tower. It’s a nice little spot for a business like ours. We’ve been here for a while now, working on various development projects around the neighborhood. Having a couple of shops as our office makes it easy for people to stop by and have a quick chat about what we’re doing. We aren't one of those massive companies with a hundred floors. We like being on the ground level in Chikuwadi. It keeps us connected to what’s happening on the street. Most days, we are busy sorting out project details or talking to contractors. It’s a lot of juggling, but that is just the nature of the development business. We chose Satyadeep CHS because it’s a familiar place for us. Being behind Darshan Tower means it’s a bit quieter than being right on the main drag, which helps when we need to concentrate. We just focus on getting our work done right. We don’t use a lot of big words or fancy promises. We just tell it like it is. If you’re wandering around Padma Nagar, you’ll probably see our sign at the shop. We’re just local folks doing our part in building up the area and managing our projects day by day. It is simple enough.
